Otis está creciendo y estamos reclutando un Asociado de Producción para nuestra Fábrica XYZ. El objetivo principal del puesto es manejar maquinaria técnica para ensamblar y embalar piezas de ascensores, escaleras mecánicas y pasillos rodantes.
En un día normal:
Leer instrucciones de uso sencillas
Operar una estación de trabajo
Identificar cualquier problema y escalarlo en consecuencia
Mantener limpio el entorno de trabajo, cumpliendo las normas 5S y utilizando correctamente las herramientas
Medir y registrar el proceso para garantizar la entrega de productos de calidad
Informe a su superior jerárquico de cualquier riesgo para la seguridad
Realizar operaciones de montaje, embalaje y estándar
Registrar los problemas diarios y participar en el análisis de las causas de las medidas de prevención.

Puedes trabajar en el turno XYZ
Sabes utilizar los equipos técnicos
Aplicar las normas sobre EPI para protegerse a sí mismo y a los demás
Sigues los procedimientos operativos estándar y los requisitos de seguridad
Eres una persona fiable, ética y proactiva que trabaja en equipo.
