About the team and role
 

The Gen Digital International Affiliate team is looking for an exceptional affiliate marketing professional to take on this crucial growth role and join this exciting team. This person will jointly work with internal/external teams to manage and grow Gen Digital Antivirus Brands within the affiliate program.   
 

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly a passionate person to work within our ever-expanding affiliate business.  

Objectives:

  • Manage affiliate marketing campaigns to grow revenue and traffic.

  • Develop strong partnerships in the antivirus subscription space.

  • Monitor and optimize performance marketing campaigns.

  • Lead communication with cross-functional teams on affiliate business direction.

  • Manage quarterly budget and forecasts.

  • Collaborate on marketing strategy for the program.

  • Recruit and build long-term relationships with affiliate partners.

  • Conduct and analyze affiliate marketing campaigns through testing.

  • Ensure KPIs like Cost, ROI, and revenue are met.

  • Analyze publisher performance using tools like PowerBI and Adobe Analytics.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational processes.

Soft skills:  

  • This position will require strong problem solving, communication, and managerial skills to interface with cross-functional teams to support the affiliate channel. 

  • Responsibilities may expand based on demand or new projects and candidate would possess flexibility to absorb new tasks/roles with ease. 

  • Relationship management to ensure key relationships are maintained and new partnerships are created on a global scale. 

  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, with an in-depth understanding of online marketing metrics. 

Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience in affiliate partnerships, marketing campaigns, and digital media.

  • Experience within an eCommerce/Online Marketing organization.

  • Familiar with affiliate platforms, especially CJ and Impact Radius.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, to influence and present plans.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, IF statements).

  • Passionate about online marketing and tracking.

  • Skilled in pricing negotiations.

  • Growth mindset, using feedback to improve performance.

  • Keen interest in innovative technology, fast-paced environments, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong analytical skills with market trends, partner performance, and competitor analysis.

  • Education: BA/BS with a background in sales and affiliate marketing preferred.
