Williams Lea is hiring for an Office Services Associate for our New York office to work Monday to Friday, 10:30 pm to 7:30 am!

Pay: $19.00 - 20.00/hour

Job Duties:

  • Receives and processes workflow from Coordinator, Supervisor, and Manager.

  • Assist the team in processing high volumes of incoming/ outgoing mail packages.

  • Immediately escalates any operational problems or issues to Lead, Supervisor or Manager.

  • Completes assignments in a timely manner.

  • Processes mail: USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, and all other package handling.

  • Read, interpret and understand all mail request emails and forms.

  • Communicate with peers, Lead, Supervisor, and/or Manager and client on job or deadline

  • issues.

  • Applies Quality Assurance process to maintain efficient workflow and assure client

  • satisfaction.

  • Seeks assignments and ensures jobs are completed efficiently, accurately and within

  • deadlines.

  • Effective time management and maintaining timesheets.

  • Receives and applies new training regarding policies and procedures.

  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.

  • Maintain all logs and reporting documentation as required.

  • Additional duties as required by client and management.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 2 years of office services experience preferred, in a legal, banking or large corporate

  • environment.

  • Familiar with general fax, mail and reprographics procedures,

  • Ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.

  • Ability to make independent decisions and use problem-solving skills.

  • Capable of demonstrating exemplary work ethics and professionalism at all times.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Intermediate computer skills required.

  • Must have good organizational skills.

  • Professional telephone demeanor.
