We are looking for a Part-time Office Receptionist & HR Coordinator to join our People Team at Tel Aviv office.
*Part-time position (40%), two days a week – Thursday + Monday or Tuesday*
What You’ll do:
- Oversee the office’s front desk, including handling visitors, vendors, and couriers.
- Handle office logistics needs and maintenance tasks, including cafeteria functioning, office equipment and supplies, shipments, etc.
- Handle internal communications.
- Support the HR team with operational tasks such as scheduling interviews and updating candidates.
What Will You Bring:
- BA student with availability for two days a week (Thursday + Monday/Tuesday)
- Service-oriented, flexible, and highly organized, with a positive approach and excellent multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook- an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
