Located in Madison, WI, Frank Productions was established in 1964 and is one of the largest concert promotion companies in the United States. Frank Productions, a joint venture partner with Live Nation, offers full-service concert promotion involved in every facet of live entertainment events, including talent buying, production, ticketing, marketing, sponsorships, and special events. We produce and promote events in arenas, performing arts centers, theaters, clubs and other venues across the U.S. We operate offices and venues in Madison, WI, Nashville, TN, Columbia, MO, and Charleston, SC.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO 

  • Answer incoming calls, transfer as needed and address general questions
  • Receive and direct visitors and vendors
  • Act as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, office equipment and bills
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries 
  • Monitor and respond to general company emails and inquiries
  • Maintain office supplies by checking inventory, sourcing items, and stocking 
  • Maintain and organize kitchen supplies, equipment, and grocery items to meet company needs
  • Manage and maintain the condition of the office and its cleanliness in common areas
  • Assist with office operations and procedures 
  • Assist in coordinating and setting up staff events and meetings as needed
  • Assist with data entry into company systems as needed
  • Assist the HR team with employee onboarding and offboarding support
  • All other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Extended periods of sitting at a computer station or work desk
  • Utilizes hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment Performs duties while standing and walking, including ascending and descending stairs
  • Lifts up to 50 pounds
  • Crouches, kneels, twists, bends, and reaches frequently
  • Occasionally works at heights above ground level
