Couchbase is changing the world through data platforms, and is looking to evolve our business application footprint to support this mission. The growing team is searching for a business applications admin/analyst to support the internal applications. The right candidate loves automation, has implemented/supported integration systems (and possibly rebuilt existing infrastructure that was suboptimal), and can work autonomously creating their own roadmap. Technologies supported include ERP (Netsuite) and other SaaS applications that interact with this core system.

Responsibilities:
- Work with key system owners to develop a roadmap on streamlining systems
- Primary systems administrator for key Finance business systems, including Netsuite, Coupa, Concur, RevPro, Avalara.
- Familiarity with integration business processes with the key financial systems.
- Familiarity with integration tools like boomi, snaplogic, workato etc
- Assist with project scoping, planning, and scheduling
- Work with cross-functional business teams and define best practice business processes
- Efficiently optimize existing business processes to drive productivity in business groups.
- Perform general netsuite, Coupa, Revpro and other peripheral finance systems support functions including user account maintenance, reports,new user setup and other related tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3-5 Years of experience as Business Analyst in Netsuite.
- Excellent knowledge of key Netsuite areas like Order Management, Invoicing, Cash Application, Saved Searches.
- Understanding of integrations between Salesforce and NetSuite applications is a plus.
- Familiarity with setting up of integrations using API keys is a plus
- Understanding of support tools like Zendesk or Jira
- Gather Business requirements and translate them into functional requirements working with the development team.
- Ability to identify manual process and assist in eliminating them and automating the same.
