Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and self-directed NetOps Lead to join our team at Kelley Barracks, supporting USAFRICOM on the ELITE contract. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and be comfortable briefing senior military staff. This role requires meeting Germany’s Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) requirements.
More About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the ELITE contract’s VIP Support, Mobility Support, Account Service Desk, AFRICOM Network Control Center, Customer Support Admin, and JOC Support teams.
- Ensure the seamless operation and maintenance of network systems.
- Provide expert guidance and support for ITSM processes.
- Brief senior military staff on network operations and status.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure mission success.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Meet 8570 IAT I requirements.
- Must meet Germany’s TESA requirements.
- Proven experience in IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to brief senior military staff effectively.
- Experience in a similar role supporting military operations is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a military or government environment.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$75,200 - 158,100 USD
