You will be responsible for developing high performance, responsive user interfaces used by our customers. You will be technically leading a team of developers to create best practices and deliver software at pace. You will also be collaborating with other teams including interfacing product teams, Product Management and operations.

  • Technically lead the development and maintenance of Products
  • Lead and facilitate product architecture, feature solution, design sessions
  • Develop code of high quality
  • Review team members work
  • Mentor and coach team members
  • Keep aware of latest technologies and drive innovation
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with teams around the globe to plan, execute and deliver projects

Experience and Skills required for this position include:

  • 10+ years of proven experience in large scale software development
  • Deep knowledge of software development processes including agile processes, test driven development and automation of the build and deployment processes (CI/CD)
  • Proficiency with agile tracking tools such as Jira
  • Experience in building and leading development of large-scale Web applications
  • Proficiency in Web/UI technologies Angular and .Net
  • Experience in AWS and Web UI state management (NgRx / RxJS) is desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Strong communication skills with ability to interface with Software Development teams and Product Management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
