The role of a Senior Associate/ Associate - Consulting is to mentor and support top high school students from around the world get into  their dream universities across the US, UK, and Canada. Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Multimedia Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing videos across all social media platforms and creating both long and short-format content. Additionally, you will support video production and graphic design, including editing brochures and other marketing materials on platforms like Figma.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit high-quality videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) that align with the brand’s voice.

Content Creation: Create and edit long-format videos, such as interviews and tutorials, and short-format videos, such as reels and teasers.

Production Support: Assist in video production, from concept to final cut, ensuring high production value.

Graphic Design: Edit and design brochures, social media posts, and promotional materials using Figma and other design software.

Brand Consistency: Ensure that all visual content maintains a consistent and cohesive brand identity.

Collaboration: Work closely with the content, marketing, and creative teams to align video and graphic design efforts with broader strategic goals.

Key Skills:

Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Excellent strategic planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and client management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Design, Multimedia, or related fields from top colleges in India or abroad.

0-2+ years of experience in video editing, graphic design, or multimedia roles.

Experience with social media content creation and managing digital marketing assets.

Knowledge of current trends in multimedia content creation, social media marketing, and video production.
