Job Description
As a CRM System Architect, you serve as a strategic tech advisor, collaborating with business and engineering teams to support the company’s objectives and strategies. You play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM system across Inpost Group, with 1000+ active users on a daily basis, in multi-country configuration. You align CRM solutions with othe rganizational goals of the Group. The architect oversees the technical design, including data models, workflows, and integrations with third-party systems like ERP and billing system. You ensure the CRM system meets data governance, security, and compliance standards. By collaborating with development teams, you guide the configuration and customization of CRM functionalities. You maintain system documentation, including architectural diagrams, integration frameworks, and operational workflows. You also lead efforts to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and resolve system-related issues. You support the implementation of analytics and reporting capabilities, enabling actionable insights and data-driven decisions.
The architect stays updated on CRM trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, ensuring the system evolves to meet changing business needs. This role conducts training sessions to empower end-users and drive system adoption. It also involves managing vendor relationships and overseeing the deployment of updates and patches.
This position requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions. The CRM System Architect must balance technical expertise with a business-focused mindset, ensuring the system delivers tangible value.
Responsibilities
- Provide CRM technical expertise for Dynamics 365 across business and technical teams, specializing in areas such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Copilot.
- Design and support implementations of solutions that align with the organization's IT strategy and the broader objectives of the InPost Group (spanning 7 countries in a multi-organization setup with 1,000+ active users), ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams to design and deliver Power Platform-based solutions.
- Oversee and coordinate internal and external teams responsible for the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Lead workshops and other collaborative activities to gather requirements and share knowledge.
- Prepare presentations, and demonstrations for CRM-related initiatives, showcasing solutions, and value.
- Help troubleshoot complex issues related to user access, workflows, and custom plugins.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT/ICT) or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Technical Consultant, or Architect.
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, particularly in Sales, in roles such as Solution Architect or Technical Consultant.
- Proven ability to manage Dynamics 365 across multiple tenants, ensuring smooth coordination and maintenance of environments.
- Familiarity with UML and BPMN for documenting workflows and system processes.
- Working experience in monitoring system health, improving performance, and resolving bottlenecks in large Dynamics 365 setups.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
- Experience in project planning, managing budgets, and working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Fluency in English for both verbal and written is a must.
- Relationship-building skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
