What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Manage the Display Team: Mentor and oversee the team to foster collaboration, professional growth, and accountability in achieving key objectives.
  • Cultivate Strategic Demand Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with OpenWeb’s largest demand partners to maximize mutual value.
  • Define Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement data-driven approaches to achieve eCPM and revenue goals while identifying growth opportunities within the supply stack.
  • Drive Strategic Projects: Lead cross-functional initiatives, including key projects like the wrapper and adapter, to enhance monetization outcomes and align with company goals.
  • Analyze and Report Performance: Establish performance metrics, analyze data, and present actionable insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
  • Leverage A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze experiments to validate strategies and optimize revenue streams.
  • You will report to SVP Programmatic. 

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in Programmatic Advertising: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, SSPs, DSPs, and ad exchanges, with a proven track record of driving eCPM growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: 1-2 years experience in a Team Lead position, demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams, driving collaboration and high performance.
  • Analytical Expertise: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends, optimize strategies, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Project Management Skills: Familiarity with managing cross-functional projects and ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • A/B Testing Experience: Proficiency in designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests to refine optimization strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise with tools such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, and other ad tech platforms (MUST).
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and presenting findings.
