Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Automation QA/Tester to join our team and support our mobile automation efforts. This role will be based in Santiago, and we are looking for a professional who can contribute to the development and enhancement of our QA Automation Suite for Mobile Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for React Native applications.
• Implement and execute tests using Detox Automation Suite.
• Perform test automation on iOS (Simulators & Physical Devices - iPhone).
• Perform test automation on Android (Simulators & Physical Devices).
• Lead and design automation strategies for mobile applications.
• Contribute to the creation, maintenance, and enforcement of QA automation standards.
• Focus on test coverage, product quality, and performance metrics.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• 5+ Fluent in JavaScript and experience in test automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Detox Automation Suite.
• Experience in React Native applications and mobile automation.
• Ability to automate testing on iOS and Android platforms (both simulators and physical devices).
• Leadership and design skills to define and enhance QA automation frameworks.
• Goal-oriented with a focus on test coverage, quality metrics, and performance.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with modern automation suites like Maestro.
• Exposure to AI-assisted automation tools.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Ruby, Shell, or Python.
