Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Realizacja zamówień w sklepie internetowym zgodnie z przyjętymi w firmie procedurami.
  • Obsługa procesu zwrotu towaru, w tym wystawianie dokumentów rozliczeniowych dla klientów.
  • Przygotowywanie zwrotów płatności dla klientów sklepu internetowego.
  • Obsługa reklamacji, w tym wyjaśnianie niezgodności oraz przekazywanie klientom informacji zwrotnej.
  • Monitorowanie i weryfikacja rozliczeń finansowych z klientami, a także wyjaśnianie ewentualnych niezgodności.

Nasze wymagania

  • Wykształcenie minimum średnie lub status studenta.
  • Znajomość systemu SAP i CRM (mile widziana/doświadczenie w pracy z tymi systemami).
  • Kreatywność oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole.
  • Komunikatywność oraz dobra organizacja pracy.
