Job Description

  • Driving strategic basis for brand plans, quarterly reviews and high-level client engagements across key accounts working in close collaboration with the Group Business Director and business teams
  • Responsible for driving innovation in approach towards business outcome-oriented blueprints for key accounts at a senior level
  • Work closely with business teams to ensure day to day media planning and execution meets the strategic standards laid down in blueprint, in accordance with client’s business challenges and expectations
  • Possesses a deep domain expertise across media fundamentals on offline and online media, with extensive experience across categories of business and applications of media cross those to drive growth
  • Collaborate with other divisions of Publicis Groupe beyond Publicis Media to drive Power of One thinking across clients to enhance client engagement beyond media
  • Robust understanding of commercial implications of performance in media, working closely with Publicis Media Xchange teams to drive value for Publicis Media across clients
  • Lead media orientation and landscape learning across clients
  • Participate in and drive organic growth, from a media strategy standpoint
  • Drive value for Publicis Media by strategic innovations, leveraging all available Publicis Groupe divisions and Publicis Media’s media owner partnerships

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in the media industry, preferably in a similar role
  • Background within media agency, insight or digital
  • Mix of analytical and creative approaches to work
  • Understanding of industry tools across offline and online media
  • Confident presenter and storyteller
  • Team player who is able to inspire a team to band together for a collective purpose
  • Energy and resilience
  • Interest in digital infrastructure, content strategy and measurement would be helpful
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be action and results-oriented, and able to expand and apply technical knowledge
  • Creative problem-solver who works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Must be a "self-starter" work in a group project environment
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize and schedule a high workload, efficiently
  • Detail oriented and able to coordinate work streams for on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring project details are accounted for and acted upon
