The Business Development (BD) function at Pall, is responsible for managing the strategic planning process, driving organic growth through open innovation and partnerships and accelerating value creation through mergers and acquisitions. Under a new leader, the re-energized BD function now seeks an MBA Strategy and M&A Intern to (1) contribute to researching industry trends and analyzing complex data to recommend which adjacent and new markets Pall should enter or deepen its participation (2) make a meaningful contribute towards a live M&A deal

This is an exciting 12 week summer internship. You will be working to shape the future of Pall by being curious, taking initiative and delivering tangible results. You will have the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by a business leader with private equity, corporate strategy and top-tier management consulting experience.

This position can be located in Port Washington, New York

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Gather and make sense of industry data from disparate sources
• Conduct strategic and market analysis using a hypothesis-driven approach
• Prepare effective presentations for the leadership team
• Training in Danaher's Business System "DBS"
• Network with other MBA summer interns/peers within Danaher

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Pursuing a MBA from accredited business school (1st and 2nd years welcome)
• Bachelors’ degree in an analytical discipline (e.g., engineering, finance)
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience, in professional services, consulting, finance, strategy
• Excellent spoken and written English  
• Confident user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Preparing a market study, investment thesis or commercial due diligence
• Industries of the future (e.g., renewables) or where Pall meaningfully participates today (e.g., Semi-conductors, Energy, Food and Beverage, Aerospace) 

This is an onsite position located in Port Washington, NY (relocation provided)

This is a paid internship. 

The salary range for this role is approximately $97,500 - $110,000

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
