You will be important in supporting and executing our shopper insight capability. You will drive shopper centric plans and execution, across shelf, secondary displays and hot zone. You will build understanding and help usage of the snacking framework, building a holistic view on snacking and activate these insights on cross category activations with internal stakeholders.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Identify and leverage growth opportunity in retail environment of the BU.
  • Generate behavior changing insight and identify effective levers of engagement.
  • Continuously optimize business through data, tracking, learning.
  • Identify knowledge gaps and business needs in respective countries and build research recommendations/research plan with priorities to address them
  • For every project define research objectives, research method, scope of analyses and action standards.
  • Identify key findings, key insights and develop business implications and/or recommendations, influencing Sales to ensure that they are integrated into business plans.
  • Develop and activate insights on general grocery shopping perspective (trip missions, channel shopping habits, etc.), Studies may include observation of in-store behavior.
  • Identify drivers of in-store performance, shelf layout, assortment, promotion and pricing, hot zone etc.

  • Research planning skills plus experience in market research (FMCG/CPG manufacturer or major retailer)
  • Good at distinguishing insights that can be leveraged against the business challenge
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Extensive experience in utilizing market research data
  • Willing to work independently in a remote team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Consumer / shopper research experience
  • Understanding of the 4 C's: strong knowledge of retail environment

Roles en Compras y Control de Presupuesto

  • Cumplir con las políticas de compras de la compañía
  • Creación de las ordenes de compras para los repuestos, servicios y materiales requeridos en el departamento de mantenimiento
  • Dar entradas en el sistema (SAP) de los materiales
  • Liberar los pedidos en SAP generados automáticamente por los códigos del almacén
  • Hacer seguimientos de los órdenes de compras generadas por los códigos de almacén
  • Hacer seguimiento de las compras directas de los materiales y servicios en el sistema COUPA
  • Control el gasto del presupuesto de mantenimiento
  • Control de gasto de servicios contratados con FM
  • Garantizar el gasto que se asignado a los centros de costes correctamente
  • Seria el back up del resto de los masters shopper de la fabrica


Roles en Almacén de repuesto

  • Hacer las salidas de los materiales del almacén a las ordenes de trabajo de SAP PM
  • Hacer inventarios para las salidas diarias
  • Participar y prepara la auditoria anual del almacén
  • Seria el back up del almacenista


Roles para sistema de Calidad

  • Llevar el control de las fechas de las calibraciones de los equipos de metrologías como termómetro, sondas, basculas, imanes, etc
  • Cumplir y actualizar el procedimiento de calibraciones
  • Coordinar con el technical leader para la ejecución de las calibraciones con los proveedores externos
  • Participar en las auditorias de calidad


Roles para estándar de PM

  • Participar en el pillar de PM con el work proceses asignado
  • Participar el reuniones diarias DMS
  • Tener los KPI de PM actualizado
  • Participar en la preparación del presupuesto de mantenimiento


Otros requerimientos:

  • Nivel de inglés medio - alto
  • Conocimientos de SAP PM
  • Conocimientos en paquete de office Word - Excel - PowerPoint
  • Trabajo en equipo
  • Actitud proactiva
  • Organización de trabajos con contratista
  • Conocimientos en maquinaria y mantenimiento
  • Deseable: formación en seguridad y calidad
