Job Summary

Job Purpose

As a Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of our organization's master data. You will work closely with various departments to ensure data quality and implement best practices for data governance.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Develop and maintain master data management processes and policies

  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple systems

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve data quality issues

  • Implement data governance frameworks and best practices

  • Perform regular data audits and cleansing activities

  • Create and maintain documentation for data standards and procedures

  • Provide training and support to end-users on master data management practices

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in master data management or related role

  • Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices

  • Proficiency in data analysis and database management systems

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with MDM tools and technologies (e.g., SAP MDG)

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
