As a Markets Sales Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in structuring, pricing, and executing customized financial products. You will foster strong relationships with Financial Institutions and Corporate Clients in Colombia, dealing with products such as Government Bonds, FX spots, Derivatives, and Financing products. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with Trading, Research, and other functions to deliver exceptional service to our clients. You will also have the chance to generate trade ideas, provide market commentary, and expand the product offerings for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage coverage responsibilities for Institutional and Corporate clients in Colombia, focusing on flow and structured products.
  • Identify, structure, price, and execute tailor-made hedging and financing solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Structuring, Banking, and other marketers to enhance the firm's presence and relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Proactively generate trade ideas and market commentary to differentiate yourself and the business from competitors.
  • Expand the product offerings for clients, with a focus on alternative credit (infrastructure, receivables, illiquids, financing).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of Controls and Compliance rules, operating with a high level of integrity.


Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Institutions/Corporate Sales, Derivatives, Investment Banking, or Financial Analysis.
  • Ability to leverage data analytics to optimize client flows and increase market share.
  • Experience in revising pricing tools for derivatives and fixed income products.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Macros, for asset trend analysis and mark-to-market evaluations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales goals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, creative, and possessing a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
