What You'll Do

  • MARKETPLACES MANAGEMENT (Naver, Coupang, Emma website, etc)
  • Manage and drive sales growth across South Korea’s major online marketplaces (e.g., Coupang, Naver, Today’s house, 11st, SSG, etc.), ensuring strong brand visibility and high-converting product listings.
  • Develop and execute performance-driven strategies, optimizing key marketplace KPIs such as AOV, ABS, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, impressions, and overall sales.
  • Lead competitive analysis to stay ahead of market trends, analyzing pricing, promotions, SEO strategies, customer behavior, and competitors' best practices.
  • Plan and execute seasonal and promotional campaigns (e.g., Coupang Live, Brand Days, Naver Smart Store Events) to maximize revenue and brand exposure.
  • Manage storefront optimization, including product listing quality, images, copywriting, and customer Q&A to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service team to enhance the overall shopping experience and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Work directly with marketplace account managers to unlock growth opportunities such as paid promotions, exclusive deals, and co-marketing activities.
  • Monitor marketplace policies and compliance, ensuring smooth operations while mitigating potential risks or penalties.
  • Identify and implement new acquisition channels, including external traffic sources such as influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and paid search ads directed to marketplaces.

  • D2C (SHOPIFY) GROWTH
  • Own and manage the Shopify store, optimizing the website experience for higher conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute strategies for traffic acquisition via paid media (Meta, Google, Naver, influencer collaborations, affiliate marketing).
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic rankings for key sleep-related searches in Korea
  • Enhance customer experience through optimized product pages, UX/UI improvements, and personalized promotions.
  • Analyze Shopify performance metrics (bounce rate, AOV, checkout conversion, etc.) to refine the e-commerce funnel.
  • Coordinate fulfillment and logistics, ensuring seamless order processing, returns, and customer support

Who We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce operations, digital marketing, or related fields. Prior experience with Coupang, Naver, or other key South Korean e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from marketplace data and execute strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience in PPC campaigns (Coupang, Naver, etc.), marketplace SEO, pricing strategies, and promotional calendar planning.
  • Self-starter mentality: Able to work independently and take ownership while thriving in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Looker) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Fluent in Korean (Native) and strong proficiency in English in both written and spoken communication.
  • Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and building brands in a competitive online marketplace.
