Our SEO team is currently looking for a Senior Optimisation Specialist to join the team in Sydney.

This role aims to increase the percentage of website visitors who complete desired actions, such as making a purchase or filling out a form. This role analyses user behaviour, conducts A/B testing, and implements changes to improve the user experience and increase conversion rates. 

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Help maximise the return on investment from website traffic and marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse website performance and user behaviour using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other optimisation experiments to identify effective changes.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and user experience.
  • Create detailed reports on conversion rate optimisation activities, findings, and improvements.
  • Identify and prioritise high-impact areas for optimisation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths and weaknesses.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to understand user pain points and barriers.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented changes.

What you will bring to the role:

  • At least three years' experience in a similar role, with experience in contributing or executing CRO strategy
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Demonstrated experience with A/B testing platforms
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for implementing and understanding website changes.
  • Proficiency in using CRO tools and software (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
  • Demonstrated success in significantly increasing conversion rates and improving user experience on multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
