JOB SUMMARY
You will work closely with our experienced team to coordinate and manage projects related to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our digital experiences across a suite of SaaS/PaaS tools and platforms. You'll also play a key role in supporting marketing campaigns and initiatives across the enterprise, being responsible for seamless execution as well as tracking performance through analytics and reporting tools. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for technology and project management to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the adoption and utilization of our digital platforms by providing training and guidance to content creators and editors.

• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital experience, AI, and marketing trends and best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and design, to gather requirements, define project scope, and manage expectations.

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, and risk assessments.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.

• Support marketing campaign execution by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables across various digital platforms.

• Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

• Strong interest in technology, artificial intelligence and digital marketing, with a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software platforms.

• Excellent project management skills, including planning, organization, time management, and problem-solving.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, initiative, and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Experience with content management systems (CMS) and CRM platforms or other SaaS platforms is a plus.

• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools is a plus.

• Energetic, enthusiastic and organized.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or Business Administration with 0-2+ years of relevant experience.

• Or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
