We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Investment Sales team in Irvine, California. This role provides a unique opportunity to offer high-level project management support to multifamily commercial real estate brokers, covering creative, administrative, and operational tasks. The Marketing Project Manager (MPM) for our Investment Sales Team plays a crucial role in providing marketing and transaction support for our advisors. The MPM will coordinate proposals, help to manage listings, and oversee related tasks.
We Innovate to shape the future of CRE, so in this role you will:
- Assist in design and updating deal marketing materials including proposals, offering memorandums, brochures, one-sheeters, presentations, marketing reports, etc.
- Coordinate gathering of information from advisors and other departments for creation of marketing materials, presentation packages, and other documents.
- Assist in the coordination of listing documents and following up on required items when necessary.
- Provide the highest level of quality and accuracy by thoroughly reviewing all materials.
- Assist and participate in planning and set-up for functions and events, as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest market news, as well as industry trends.
- Maintain database (CRM/Saleforce) of buyers, sellers and property records for assigned advisors.
- General tasks such as scheduling meetings, occasionally greeting clients, conference room set up, expense report submission, and travel arrangements, as needed.
- Coordinate and streamline the flow of projects, information and documents, creating a collaborative environment with the advisor and accountability between all parties involved.
- Launch all listings for assigned advisors and provide support as needed through close of escrow.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years prior experience in a similar role.

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.

$80,000—$90,000 USD
