We are looking for a Marketing Programs Specialist to join our diverse and dynamic team at Novisto:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive business value across new business generation, pipeline acceleration, and expansion, leveraging innovative strategies.
- Organizing industry trade shows, Novisto corporate events, and partner co-marketing programs.
- Hosting and executing webinars to engage prospects and clients.
- Managing email marketing programs and content marketing initiatives.
- Lead management and social campaign management.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
- Working closely with the VP Marketing to develop innovative tactics and strategies for accelerated growth.
- Setting and reporting on targets through Hubspot alongside our Revenue Operations team.
- Performing other marketing responsibilities as required.
What we’re looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the B2B SaaS industry.
- An undergraduate degree in marketing or a related field is an asset.
- Strong data analytics skills to provide meaningful insights into marketing campaigns.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work as part of a team
- Exceptional organizational skills and a growth mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in building international marketing strategies for successful global expansion an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingualism is an asset).
- Experience with Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Understanding of ESG principles is an asset.
