Job Summary:
The Marketing Operations Analyst III is responsible for managing technology, workflows and requirements, as well as facilitating process improvements to meet the operational needs of Marketing Communications.
Essential Functions:
- Serve as subject matter expert and maintain an up-to-date understanding of Marketing Operations capabilities and systems
- Create, run and prepare reports as requested by Marketing/Communications leadership; consult within department and organization on reporting
- Facilitate resolution for internal troubleshooting and workflow questions, as well as resolution of issues advanced by department leadership
- Develop and lead training of processes and capabilities for Marketing Communications team new team members
- Provide training and guidance on operations and administration of work management system and procedures to new team members
- Facilitate improvements in Marketing Communications technology and workflows, to include the development and execution of a roadmap
- Lead regular documentation and maintenance of departmental processes
- Facilitate process improvement through root cause determination and remediation plans, using data-driven resources
- Lead collaboration across departments, including process/capability training, documentation and troubleshooting
- Assist with the management of relationships with vendors for accountability on initiative involvement and deliverables
- Facilitate successful implementation and integration of requirements to Marketing Operations capabilities
- Maintain understanding of regulatory requirements
- Perform any other job duties as requested
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience required
- Five (5) years’ experience in requirements management
- Familiarity with healthcare payer industry and knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare preferred
- Workfront and/or PowerBI experience preferred
Competencies, Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel
- Understanding of business analysis principles, process, and tools
- Understanding of a project lifecycle, including processes, techniques and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Effective listening and critical thinking skills
- Ability to coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
- Extensive experience working on multiple projects
- Effective decision making and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail
- Time management skills, ability to develop, prioritize and accomplish goals with a sense of urgency
- Ability to multi-task and remain flexible during organizational and/or business changes

Working Conditions:
- Hybrid role - In Dayton HQ office 2-3 days a week
- General office environment; may be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time
Compensation Range:
$70,800.00 - $113,200.00
