As a Sr Marketing Manager at SnapNrack, you will play a key role in driving customer engagement and satisfaction across the product life cycle. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance the customer experience, from product purchase to ongoing relationship management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product messaging and marketing initiatives align with customer needs and drive business growth.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Manager, Marketing and Training and the product team to define and execute product marketing strategies that support growth and customer engagement.

Manage the positioning and messaging for SnapNrack’s products, ensuring they resonate with target audiences and differentiate us in the marketplace.

Create impactful marketing collateral, including product presentations, website content, and case studies that support sales and customer engagement.

Analyze customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for product and messaging improvements.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends, identify opportunities, and inform product development.

Work with operations to plan and execute product launches, creating marketing campaigns that generate excitement and drive customer interest.

Track key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize campaigns for better results.

Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations) to ensure product-related initiatives are aligned and executed effectively.

Assess the cost-effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns to ensure resources are being used efficiently.

Work closely with other team members to coordinate all SnapNrack events, while continually enhancing and driving innovative marketing strategies to elevate the impact and reach of these events.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

7+ years of experience in product marketing or related disciplines, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing programs.

Strong understanding of product marketing principles, positioning, and messaging.

Experience creating and executing marketing strategies from start to finish.

Ability to analyze data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform marketing decisions.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and present ideas clearly.

Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficient in project management, able to work independently and drive results while collaborating with others.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$95,870.50 to $127,827.34
