The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (3-5 years experience) to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that amplify Passes’ brand. If you’re a data-driven storyteller who knows how to launch campaigns, grow audiences, and build brand loyalty—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Campaigns & Strategy → Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate Passes’ presence.
  • Brand Awareness & Growth → Develop strategies to attract and retain creators while positioning Passes as a leader in the space.
  • Content & Messaging → Oversee marketing materials, email campaigns, and paid media to ensure strong, consistent branding.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends → Identify and capitalize on emerging trends, creator culture shifts, and viral opportunities.
  • Optimize & Measure → Track key marketing performance metrics and continuously refine strategies for maximum impact.

  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email automation, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of paid media, influencer marketing, and brand partnerships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
