As the Marketing Lifecycle Manager, you will report to the Lifecycle Marketing Director and will be supporting all CHG brands and the Lifecycle Team to build strategy and execute lifecycle marketing and other automated campaigns across multiple channels (email, push, SMS) using enterprise Marketing Automation platforms. Your primary role will be to support Lifecycle strategy and execution. 

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

  • Build strategy, ideate and execute campaigns and automated journeys across email, push, and SMS  
  • Work with the Lifecycle Team to create dynamic, personalized email content  
  • Develop, test, and optimize programs and automation workflows and landing pages, driving the testing roadmap  

Segmentation and Reporting: 

  • Build audience segmentation for campaigns, partnering with Brand to identify target opportunities 
  • Own and monitor reporting dashboards weekly and monthly to ensure optimal channel performance across KPIs; Partner with Lifecycle Team to maintain   
  • Present and deliver key insights and data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions and future campaigns 
     

Collaboration:

  • Partner with Lifecycle Communications Team and support program initiatives and other projects as needed 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in Marketing, Brand, Product, Data and Engineering 
  • Act as the subject matter expert in email marketing and stay up to date on all industry best practices and developments (email, SMS, push) ensuring compliance with all regulations 

Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of current email and SMS best practices, deliverability, CAN-SPAM legislation and email success metrics.  

  • Strong Excel skills  

  • Proven experience owning program management and driving KPI growth through testing and optimization  

  • Exceptional attention to detail and methodical approach to quality checks  

  • Possess a deep understanding of email creative best practices to provide solid, data-driven feedback to creative peers 

  • Proficiency in coding emails using HTML, CSS a plus  

  • Experience with data management, analysis, presentation, and reporting  

  • Ability to work collaboratively & effectively with cross-functional partners (Brand, Creative, Data, BI)  

  • Proactive, self-motivated, flexible and collaborative team player   

Education & Years of Experience:

  • 5+ years' email marketing experience  
  • 5+ years' experience using an enterprise-level ESP
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred  

Preferred:

  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM
  • Experience with a Marketing Orchestration tool (GrowthLoop is a major plus)
  • Experience working for a staffing company

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $91,110 -- $176,000 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location. 

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
