Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with Blum’s growth objectives
- Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring effective task distribution and clear ownership of key areas
- Oversee and improve community engagement, ensuring prompt and clear communication, especially during high-impact situations
- Take a hands-on approach to key marketing functions, including social media management, content creation, and campaign execution
- Identify and expand into new markets, with a focus on high-potential regions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, BD) to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company goals
- Own the performance and growth of key marketing channels, regularly reporting on KPIs and making data-driven decisions
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, implementing best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- Experience in Web3, crypto, or DeFi industry
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role (Lead Marketing Specialist, Global Marketing Lead, or CMO-level)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team
- Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and community engagement
- Demonstrated success in leading global marketing initiatives and expanding into new markets
- Strategic thinker with a growth mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
