We are looking for a talented marketing and communications executive to join our marketing team and help us to accelerate Kantar Worldpanel’s position across France. This role is critical to helping us to maintain and defend our position as the shopper and consumer behaviour experts in an extremely competitive marketplace. As the competition continues to increase, this role will be crucial in supporting the team to develop and execute the marketing strategy and initiatives to maintain and boost our position with clients and prospects.
This role will report into the Senior Marketing Manager and you’ll have the opportunity to work with teams and stakeholders at all levels across the business. You’ll play a key role and be involved in a variety of different projects and initiatives that range from internal engagement to client communications, to events, social media and more, giving you valuable experience across the full marketing mix.
You’ll have support from the full team to develop and execute initiatives that help us to raise awareness of our products and services with new and existing clients. As experts in shopper and consumer behaviour, you’ll learn all about the retail market, shopper attitudes, trends and more and you’ll be able to put that to use as you help raise our brand awareness in the market to attract new prospects and customers.
Role Description:
Internal comms

Maintain, manage and optimise the marketing pages on The Source including regular updates, new page builds, development, etc

Create, build and execute internal newsletter including all content, email design and list management

Manage the content and presence on Viva Engage and with relevant and engaging content to build internal adoption on the platform

Supporting the coordination and running of internal comms events and town halls
-
Regular reporting on defined KPIs for internal and external comms activities

Liaise with designer and other suppliers on content and assets
Digital
-
Maintain, manage and optimise the website with creation of timely articles and ensuring all relevant product/panel pages reflect most current offer
-
Manage, maintain and optimise our social channels, creating compelling and timely content for social media, making data-driven decisions to optimise content. Monitor competitor presence and posts

Drive adoption of DSM8 and employee advocacy with content creation and management within the platform, monitoring engagement and results
-
Maintain and optimise the CRM database, executing email and newsletter sends
Webinars/Events/Client engagement

Support with the execution of client events including drafting invites, building registration pages, promoting and recruiting attendees, engaging local commercial teams and with event follow up and reporting

Support with webinars logistics and set up as well as drafting copy for invites and web registration page as well as promoting through all available channels such social media, newsletter, client service etc.

Support with Podcast logistics, including books, tech and recordings

Manage and maintain the third-party event calendar and support the promotion of all speaking opportunities, equipping speakers with content to promote and liaising with them to capture the impact/ROI

Produce and manage the client newsletter, including sourcing and editing content from teams, building the emails and managing the delivery to targeted lists

Regular reporting on all marketing activity and ROI
Role Requirements & Capabilities
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

Bilingual: French and English

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write, edit and proof to a very high standard

Experience with wordpress, email automation software/CRM, Google analytics, and social channels

Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and priorities

The ability to adapt quickly, establish credibility and maintain strong working relationships at all levels in a proactive manner.
