The Longevity Medical Division is at the forefront of cutting-edge health and longevity conferences, events, and initiatives. We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support our expanding portfolio, ensuring seamless event execution, managing digital platforms, fostering key partnerships, and driving marketing campaigns that inspire and engage.
Event Coordination & Marketing Execution
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for events, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Assist in on-site event logistics, coordination, and branding efforts.
- Coordinate marketing assets, timelines, and promotional plans with internal teams and external partners.
- Work closely with vendors, speakers, and partners to ensure seamless event marketing and execution.
Website & Digital Marketing Management
- Manage and update event websites to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and user experience optimization.
- Assist with SEO strategies, analytics tracking, and performance improvements.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to enhance website functionality and engagement.
Partnership & Sponsorship Coordination
- Serve as a key point of contact for partners and sponsors, ensuring deliverables are met and relationships are nurtured.
- Support partnership outreach and communication efforts.
- Track partnership agreements and marketing activations to ensure successful execution.
Daily Marketing Operations & Project Management
- Support the execution of email campaigns, social media initiatives, and content updates.
- Maintain marketing calendars, tracking deadlines, and deliverables.
- Assist in reporting and performance tracking to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing strategies.

What You Bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, digital marketing, or related fields.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in website management tools (WordPress, Wix, or similar CMS platforms).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
- A basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
