Position SummaryThe Marketing Coordinator will primarily focus on facilitating events from concept, sponsorships, logistics, post-event follow-up, and reporting. As the primary contact and coordinator for events, the Marketing Coordinator contributes and reviews digital marketing messaging and provides quality assurance of marketing materials (including promotional premiums/swag) relating to event promotion and experience. As an interdepartmental liaison, the Marketing Coordinator may interact with vendors and select partners to collaborate, secure sponsorships, and schedule events to drive pipeline growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Event Management

  • Researches, registers and coordinates Sales-targeted industry network organizations/memberships, including regional events and conferences.
  • Provides copywriting, proofing and editing support for all brand awareness and event promotion across social media and partner channel marketing profiles.
  • Coordinates logistics including registration and attendee tracking, presentation, materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
  • Partners with sales to present event strategy with clear goals, expectations and direction
  • Reports event ROI data, including tracking performance of Net New leads and sales opportunities.
  • Assists in maintaining lead lists and contacts related to marketing event registrations and attendance.
  • Executes on lead follow-up to book sales meetings for a maximum return on investment.
  • Strategizes event-specific promotional premiums/swag and conducts quality assurance.
  • Provides quality assurance for all event promotions and experiences.
  • Submits Requests and Proof of Execution for Marketing Development Funds (MDF).

Digital Marketing

  • Assists in proofing and beta testing (click-thru) for quality assurance of internal and external websites, and social media for consistency, accuracy and compliance with required standards.
  • Participates in weekly creative meetings with the Marketing team for collaboration and execution on shared initiatives.
  • Provide proofing and editing support for creative marketing releases, essential business needs or critical Centre sales projects

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of demand generation and marketing campaigns
  • Hubspot certifications or experience a plus

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Work primarily in an in-office, climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds) may be required
