What you will be doing
At Group Marketing & Branding, we develop global campaigns, create content for our social media channels and websites, and shape the ROCKWOOL brand experience. We manage our corporate visual identity, safeguard our brand, and track its performance. Our team is also responsible for key brand tools, including the Brand Portal, Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, Video Hub, and Merchandise Shop.
As our new Branding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our brand tools, ensuring that colleagues across the organization have access to the right assets, templates, and guidelines. You will also oversee the merchandise shop, managing branded items from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Brand Tools

Act as a Brand Guardian, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Manage and develop our Brand Portal, making it easy for colleagues to access brand assets.

Oversee MS Office templates, ensuring they remain up-to-date and aligned with brand standards.
Merchandise Management
-
Take ownership of the merchandise webshop, from selecting new branded items to ensuring price and quality meet expectations.

Collaborate with vendors, sales teams, and the procurement department to manage sourcing and production.
Marketing & Branding Support

Create user guides and how-to materials for brand tools and applications.

Assist in content creation, including graphics and communication materials.

Provide administrative support, such as managing subscriptions for stock assets and template providers.
What you bring
Professional Skills:

Strong knowledge of branding principles and brand management

Experience with corporate visual identity and brand systems

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in managing MS Office templates

Experience in managing a brand portal and related brand tools

Knowledge of merchandise branding and experience working with vendors and procurement teams

Strong project management skills, including handling multiple stakeholders

Ability to create user guides and how-to documentation

Basic administrative and coordination skills (e.g., managing subscriptions for stock assets and templates)
