Are you passionate about helping a diverse range of international clients create timely and relevant automated experiences and campaigns? Marketing automation thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and strategy. We are seeking an expert who can seamlessly integrate customer data, marketing technology, asset design and creation, and business strategy. Are you that expert?
As a Marketing Automation Expert, you will:
- Help clients nurture prospects, convert new customers, optimize current customer engagement, and personalize customer experiences.
- Guide and advise clients through each step of a marketing automation roadmap, delivering on value-driven use cases and key milestones.
- Educate, involve, collaborate, and manage different stakeholders and experts, ensuring their alignment with program objectives.
- Continuously drive client success by identifying growth opportunities, challenging the status quo, and enhancing their digital maturity.
The ultimate goal? Enable clients to deliver consistent, real-time experiences across all channels, driving leads, increasing sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Project Examples
Some examples of the projects you may do:
- Assist an international retailer in defining and setting up personalized experiences that drive conversions and track data enrichment in a Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy and solution for a B2B organization, breaking down internal silos and fostering organizational alignment.
- Work closely with an international B2C animal products company with multiple brands to deliver personalized campaigns via email, SMS, experiments, and more.
Functie-eisen
- 3 – 5 years of work experience, at least 2 years within CRM / Marketing Automation
- Completed Bachelor / Master education in a relevant field, such as Marketing, Communication, or Digital Media
- Experience working with multiple clients is a big pro
- Pro-active and entrepreneurial
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and willing to acquire new skills
- Fluent in Dutch, both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing
