Covetrus Brasil is looking for a Market Development Supervisor to join the Commercial team. This position will report to the Brazilian Commercial Excellence Manager to support the business managers in making strategic decisions, providing insights through advanced information management tools.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to maximize commercial performance and ensure the execution of agreements with suppliers, monitoring KPIs and performance indicators;
- Acting in the management of commercial agreements, ensuring the fidelity of contracts and managing strategic changes in market development programs;
- Perform an advisory role in the definition of Sell Out goals, supporting the commercial team and BU managers in their strategies and executions;
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing plans with the supplier, ensuring the alignment of actions with commercial objectives;
- Facilitate the identification of growth opportunities through the integration of the Commercial Excellence and Trade Marketing areas with external partners;
- Participate in periodic strategic alignment meetings with suppliers and internal managers, influencing decision-making and prioritization of initiatives;
- Work in the construction and analysis of dashboards and performance reports, providing insights to improve commercial activities;
- Lead cost communication and price negotiations with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at every stage of the process;
- Challenge and propose improvements in inventory management processes, order flow and quality of registrations in internal systems;
- Conduct initiatives to identify new market opportunities, product development and entry strategies into new segments;
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related areas;
- Desirable postgraduate or MBA;
- Minimum experience of 5 years in process management, projects or market development areas, preferably in the commercial segment;
- Advanced Excel and familiarity with BI and CRM tools;
- Solid experience in project leadership and interface with suppliers;
- Experience with integrated business management systems (ERP);
- Ability to communicate effectively on all levels, innovation, working under pressure, work in a dynamic environment;
- Advanced/Fluent English
