Job Description
In this position, the professional will be responsible for working with internal key business stakeholders to design, develop and provide business oriented reports, KPI’s and analytical capability in order to facilitate organizational improvement and success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Primary Market Data Analysis (Datasus & Wholesale Data) – Development and timely dissemination of accurate analysis (Market Evolution, Patient Flow, Evolution Index, Competitors Analysis and Demand Evolution) to promote clarity of market dynamics understanding and enhance decision-making in all levels.
- Strategic Planning Process – Support Brand Managers and Finance in developing market analysis and forecast.
- Dashboards – Understanding the Sales Force & Marketing Dashboards (sales, demand and productivity KPIs, activities and budget tracking) presented monthly in the Executive Committee.
- Market Research (qualitative and quantitative) – Support Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access in implementing market research program aiming at tracking market dynamics, product performance, as well as stakeholders perceptions and behaviors;
- Maintain close liaison with Marketing, Sales Force, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Finance to ensure interchange of information and synergy in delivering results;
- Meet the required standards of quality of the company and the Best Practice - Code of Business Conduct
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of business statistics, quantitative methods, performance analysis, and development of business performance dashboards, scorecards and KPI's;
- Proficiency in MS office and relational databases;
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and problem solving skills with an analytical approach;
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams;
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work under pressure;
- Must exhibit to be able of performing in fast paced environments;
- Self-starter who functions well independently or within a team;
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English;
- Resilient, work under pressure
