Job Description:
Main Accountabilities
- Responsible for communicating with government payers.
- Support MAGA director in setting up overall pricing and reimbursement strategy
- Understand key issues in government pricing policy, map out and prioritize different options to resolve issues.
- Drive team to reach pricing targets.
- Ensure interactions with government payers to be compliant with Ferring compliance SOP.
- Work with different functions in providing professional insights including government policy trend and healthcare environment changes.
- Regular project team meetings with all relevant functions and prepare for pre/post meeting and follow up activities.
- Update company management team on project status.
- Development of real world evidence research plan if necessary and collaborates with cross-functional team to execute timely.

Routine management of Korea P&R info for Global system

Pricing management to minimize price erosion by various price cut regulation
Achieving
- Develop action plan in detail based on P&R strategy
- Develop and submit P&R dossier including Health Economics/Budget Impact Analysis.
- Deliver scientific communication and follow up on supplementary data request with payers after submission
- Develop data through RWE and HEOR for P&R submission.

Required Education/Qualifications/Skills:

- Experience in pricing and reimbursement in pharmaceutical industry for more than 5 years
