Launched in Feb 2021, Ninja Mart is Ninja Van’s FMCG-focused logistics unit. We connect brands with retailers in suburban and rural regions of Vietnam and Malaysia, unlocking endless possibilities for business expansion in this fast-growing region.


We are an innovative FMCG distribution business with logistics assets across the region. As our business scales, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to drive operational excellence across the sales cycle. This role will focus on implementing best practices, improving processes, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring CRM accuracy. Within 6-12 months, the successful candidate will have established efficient sales operations workflows, enhanced sales team productivity, and developed a robust performance monitoring system.


Job Descriptions :

  • Sales Operations Management
  • Design and implement sales operations best practices and initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sales operations capabilities.
  • Enforce regional compliance with internal sales operations standards.
  • Manage administrative affairs, including sales commissions and onboarding.
  • Lead process improvement projects to streamline sales operations.

  • Planning & Reporting
  • Lead weekly and monthly sales reporting on key business metrics, including sales productivity, revenue per province, and customer numbers.
  • Drive weekly and monthly sales planning to forecast revenue, performance, and sales of key FMCG categories and SKUs.
  • Support Area Sales Managers with the right reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide leadership with actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis
  • Track and report sales performance metrics, including call rates, strike rates, and revenue breakdown by individual, brand, and channel.
  • Conduct regular business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis.
  • Lead large-scale projects aimed at improving sales productivity and operational performance.

  • Sales Tools & Project Rollouts
  • Launch new sales tools & updates such as the Distribution Management System (DMS), across all regions.
  • Ensure proper rollout, adoption, and training for sales teams using new systems.
  • Monitor tool performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrations, Operations, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a commercial management or sales operations role.
  • Proven track record in sales operations, sales management, and product management.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with successful project execution.
