Responsibilities:

The Manager Sales – Dexis Business Unit will perform field training and sales support functions for IOS commercial organization. Your clients will be mainly Strategic Partners, Dental Labs, and Enterprise Partners and Dentists in North India.

Further responsibilities:

  • Providing effective instruction on the company’s IOS Sales products and/or related services that will enhance the client’s organization.
  • Need to have more frontliner sales responsibilities, working with both existing IOS customers and IOS prospects in an account-based management environment to drive business via co-travel and events and build dealer relationships.
  • Secure clinical support at the office-level, support educational, technical hands-on assistance/training, co-hosting training/event and new business development activities Ensure seamless organizational rollouts to enhance the overall customer centric approach and experience.
  • Ability to aggressively support new business. Pilots, and assist in closing business in assigned product portfolio with a time-sensitive sales cycle.
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned software and IOS products with an overall knowledge of all aspects of solutions/products.
  • Responsible for supporting new prospective IOS customers, cultivating/ maintaining customer base in an account-based management environment.
  • Execute the sales strategy in the assigned territory, North India sales markets and has an expanded understanding of our product portfolio in a medical area, to achieve sales results.
  • Build commercial competitive intelligence to help drive Dexis IOS business in the market this will be more of an experience requirement.
  • Maintain a monthly Bowlers/ KPI’s for Sales Targets.

Required:

5+ years sales experience in the territory either in dental equipment / devices or med-tech devices OR a dental tech / IT experience with interest in selling hi-tech devices to dentists.

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in dental or engineering.
  • Prefer sales experience selling into life science, medical device, or dental industry.
  • Must be fluent in English language, knowledge of local languages will be added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand highly technical dental products and clinical information, and communicate those to the target customers.
  • Ability to understand operations of dental software’s and demonstrate applications to the customers.
  • Demonstrated professional sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient using MS Office is an advantage.
  • Ability to travel in assigned territory.
