Job Description

We're in search of a self-driven People Technology Manager proficient in Workday (HCM and Absence, Time Tracking), to bolster support for foodpanda APAC. This role will be situated in either Malaysia or the Philippines and will integrate into our regional technology team.

Responsibilities:

  • Apply modern product discovery and delivery techniques to drive innovation.
  • Analyze and interpret data to develop hypotheses and define experiments to prove or disprove them.
  • Demonstrate ability to collect, synthesize, and prioritize user input from multiple sources.
  • Identify solutions to complex problems with multiple constraints, assess risks, and present well-structured, data-informed arguments.
  • Build relationships across various stakeholder groups.
  • Create and deliver presentations that succinctly communicate the product roadmap.
  • Apply agile methodology and systems (Jira, Confluence).

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working on technology-powered products in roles such as Business Analyst or product specialist.
  • Knowledge of Workday HCM and Absence, Time Tracking is a must.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of P&C concepts.

Other Qualifications: 

  • Collect and prioritize input from multiple sources – brands, functional teams and CoE
  • Contribute to the future development of existing Workday user experiences in the Time and Absence domain.
  • Conducting research to ensure understanding of P&C questions and related Workday concepts.
  • Delivering small scope consulting in response to requests; providing configuration guidance, demonstrations, considerations, tips & tricks.
  • Troubleshooting product configuration to resolve or provide optimal product configuration guidance/advice to meet business requirements.
  • Creating and delivering presentations on how to use Workday features to achieve business goals.
  • Providing one-on-one consulting guidance to brands to accelerate feature adoption. 
  • Reviewing tenant setup to identify adoption opportunities (including releases).
