What We Need
NetBrain is looking for a collaborative and customer-minded leader with a strong technical background in network design and service delivery to join our post-sales organization as Manager, Network Automation Services, working a hybrid schedule out of our Hyderabad office. This person should have be able to use that network operations/design background to understand customer use cases, and they should be experienced in leading high performing services teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage and mentor a team of network automation engineers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive network automation strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Design, deploy, and maintain automation solutions for network configuration, monitoring, and management.
- Oversee the execution of network automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing network infrastructure.
- Monitor and analyze network performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization through automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues related to automation and network performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the automation capabilities of the network.
- Additional responsibilities as assigned.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in network engineering or IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focusing on network automation.
- Proficiency in network automation tools and scripting languages. Strong understanding of networking protocols and network management systems.
- Proven experience in managing and leading technical teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
