Job Summary

Are you a pro at building meaningful relationships with influencers and creators? Do you have a passion for beauty and love discovering emerging talent? We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the charge for e.l.f. Beauty's influencer campaigns in the Western/Eastern regions. You’ll work closely with our marketing squad to develop and execute strategies that not only drive awareness and engagement but also make our brand shine in the beauty world. Responsibilities:

- Grow and nurture e.l.f.'s influencer network across the Western/Eastern regions, working with both seasoned pros and up-and-coming talent.

- Develop and execute regional influencer campaigns that align with product launches and e.l.f.'s brand goals.

- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with influencers, managers, and agencies in the West.

- Plan and execute unforgettable regional influencer events and activations.

- Manage monthly PR box and seeding initiatives to keep influencers excited about our products.

- Track campaign performance, providing regular reports on ROI and EMV to keep everything on track.

- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure all influencer content is on-brand and aligned with our messaging.

- Spot emerging creators and trends in the Western market, staying ahead of the curve.

- Manage campaign budgets, keeping everything organized and on-point.

- Work seamlessly with PR, social, and other marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign execution.

- Lead and mentor coordinator-level team members, helping them grow and thrive in the influencer marketing space.


Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, ideally within beauty or consumer goods.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.

- Strong existing relationships with influencers and agencies in the Western region.

- Proven experience in creating and executing influencer campaigns from start to finish.

- A talent for spotting emerging talent and trends before they go mainstream.

- Deep knowledge of social media platforms, content creation best practices, and digital trends.

- Experience using influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools to measure campaign success.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple initiatives.

- Strong communication and presentation skills that impress both internal teams and external partners.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects at once.

- A passion for beauty and a keen understanding of current trends in the industry.

- Experience managing budgets and delivering strong ROI.

- Proficiency in MS Office and social media analytics tools.
