In this role you will:

• Build, monitor, optimize, and analyze campaigns across a variety of channels including online and offline efforts. You will have a chance to work on programs ranging from paid social, to paid search, to direct mail.
• Identify receptive audiences for different Wealthsimple products and find novel ways to reach and convert them.
• Be a champion of innovative and interesting creative.
• Work within the team to manage growth marketing operations and day-to-day execution including planning, campaign setup, briefing, reporting, and shareouts. 
• Identify and implement data-driven optimizations on an ongoing basis.
• Collaborate with teams spanning creative, data science, product marketing, and business development.
• Build your knowledge of financial service products and how to meet UA, CAC, and ROI goals.
• Have ample opportunity to bring forward ideas and contribute to program innovation, improvement, and troubleshooting.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends across marketing, and financial services
• Develop productive working relationships with internal and external marketing partners.
• Gain exposure to a wide spectrum of marketing as we scale our footprint to reach Canadian consumers online, offline, in-person, and everywhere in between.

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in performance / growth marketing, with preference for hands-on experience in offline channels.
• Hands on digital marketing knowledge is also a plus
• A proven track record in scaling brands and pushing on boundaries
• Experience in app acquisition is a plus
• Experience in financial services is a plus
