We have a fantastic opportunity for a Manager, Enterprise Sales to join our Digital Experience team in Brussels. In this front-line leadership role, you will drive business growth by cultivating strategic accounts, empowering a world-class sales team, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes with Adobe’s cutting-edge solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive New Business: Secure new lines of business within strategic accounts and expand opportunities within existing clients.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit, coach, and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop Winning Strategies: Collaborate across segments and solutions to build impactful Go-To-Market strategies, leveraging compelling value propositions and attractive ROI.
  • Engage with Executives: Build and nurture relationships with senior leaders (CxO, VP level) to drive decision-making and sales opportunities.
  • Champion Collaboration: Partner with solutions consulting teams to deliver tailored solutions, focusing on customer success and innovative use cases.
  • Optimize Operations: Ensure accurate pipeline reporting, quarterly sales forecasts, and smooth sales operations.

What You’ll need to succeed

  • Proven Leadership: 5–10 years of experience managing enterprise sales teams with a track record of success.
  • Industry Expertise: Knowledge of Customer Experience solutions (Content, Commerce, Customer Journey Management, Data Insight & Activation) is a plus.
  • Sales Excellence: 10+ years of software and/or services sales experience, including complex partner ecosystems and emerging technologies.
  • Executive Presence: Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills, with experience engaging at the executive level.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory.
  • High Energy & Drive: A passion for innovation, growth, and building a winning team culture.
