We are looking for the best Manager, Enterprise Business Development to join our teamsomeone who doesn’t just manage but owns the business development function and sets the standard for excellence. 

In this role, you will lead from the front, directly managing and empowering a team of high-performing Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to excel in outbound prospecting and cold calling, focusing on the USA market. You’ll be more than a manager; you’ll be the driving force behind a metrics-driven, results-focused team that consistently opens doors to the most strategic enterprise accounts. 

You are hands-on, relentless, and detail-oriented, ensuring that every call, every email, and every opportunity meets the highest standard. You’ll leverage your experience in high-scale environments, your expertise in outbound best practices, and your ability to inspire to ensure your team not only meets but exceeds aggressive targets. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Directly manage and mentor a team of BDRs, ensuring they meet and exceed performance metrics and sales goals. 
  • Develop and implement outbound strategies and cold-calling best practices tailored to enterprise-level accounts. 
  • Take a hands-on approach by conducting cold calls, leading by example, and consistently achieving targets. 
  • Continuously refine workflows and outreach processes, integrating feedback and leveraging new technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Actively engage in prospecting and outbound efforts alongside the team, setting the standard and demonstrating what success looks like. 
  • Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to align outbound efforts with sales goals and optimize lead conversion. 
  • Stay detail-oriented and organized, maintaining high-quality standards across all outreach efforts. 
  • Leverage advanced platforms and tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity. 

 
 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing a BDR team in a high-scale, outbound-driven environment. 
  • Proven expertise in outbound sales, cold calling, and B2B prospecting within enterprise accounts. 
  • Highly tech-savvy with a track record of using multiple advanced platforms and tools to optimize workflows. 
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team. 
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to all aspects of business development. 
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets while managing team performance.
