Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid corporate role working in the 950 Glebe Rd Suite 700 Arlington, VA 22203 office 3 days a week and working from home the other 2 days.
The Manager, Employee Engagement is a strategic leader who champions Privia Health’s commitment to fostering a culture of belonging, driving talent development, and achieving measurable improvements in employee satisfaction. This role focuses on data-driven strategies to influence leadership accountability, reduce attrition, and bolster Privia’s Engagement Communities program initiatives. By partnering closely with business and HR leaders, this position will design, implement, and measure impactful programs that integrate belonging into Privia Health’s core business and talent strategies. Additionally, this role will oversee the Office Operations team, ensuring a productive and engaging work environment for all employees. This role will also be responsible for learning and analyzing the efficacy of the new hire orientation program, 30/90-day survey trends, and exit interview data, providing actionable insights to HRBPs and managers.
Primary Job Duties:

Develop and implement data-driven employee engagement strategies, focusing on measurable outcomes for all employees.

Champion a culture of belonging and equitable talent development through targeted programs and initiatives.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.

Influence and hold leadership accountable for engagement initiatives, driving measurable improvements.

Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and other departments to align engagement strategies with business goals.

Analyze employee lifecycle data (new hire orientation, 30/90 day surveys, exit interviews) to identify trends and provide actionable insights to HRBPs and managers.

Use data to improve onboarding processes, reduce attrition, and enhance the overall employee experience.

Manage a monthly employee communication strategy, collaborating with internal communications teams.

Support and partner with Engagement Communities by providing strategic guidance, resources, and programming opportunities.

Develop and manage the employee engagement budget, tracking event attendance and survey feedback.

Lead the Office Operations team, overseeing strategic planning and day-to-day operations of Privia’s physical locations.
Qualifications
-
5+ years of HR or program management experience with a significant focus on employee engagement, talent development, and employee lifecycle analysis.

3+ years of project management experience, preferably in inclusion and belonging or HR analytics context.

Demonstrated experience driving measurable improvements in employee demographics , talent development, and employee retention.

Experience leading or working closely with employee resource groups and measuring their impact.

Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Cross-cultural competence and a deep understanding of issues related to underrepresented groups.

Experience leading programs from concept to execution and evaluation, using data and metrics.

Proficient in a variety of computer software systems, specifically Excel and Google Suite

Experience with the analysis of employee surveys and exit interview data.

Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.
The salary range for this role is $78,000-$90,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 15% and restricted stock units. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
