Responsibilities
• Participate in the planning and assignment of resources onto customer projects and opportunities
• Responsible for hiring and training employees within practice domain while fostering a positive,
engaging environment.
• Review and provide oversight to solution, scope, and cost management of selected opportunities and
customer projects.
• Align with peers in other D&A groups to develop solutions and offerings that will drive practice growth.
• Leverage your experience and ideas to help bring innovative ideas around visualizations and
storytelling with data.
• Create, enhance, and continuously improve internal tools and methodologies for implementing
solutions within the practice domain.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Establish and ensure completion of team’s goals and objectives.
• Support 3Cloud’s go to market framework focusing on training and enabling delivery to successfully
estimate and deliver custom offerings.
• Support the creation of sales and marketing assets for services and solutions within the practice
domain
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced certifications in Azure Data & AI technologies are highly desirable.
• 5 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on Data & AI solutions.
• Experience with Azure Data & AI services and solutions.
• Solid experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power BI.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail coupled with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

3Cloud offers competitive compensation. In addition to base pay employees are eligible to receive an annual discretionary/utilization bonus. If you are hired at 3Cloud your final base salary is based on factors such as skills, education, experience and/or geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above includes the full base salary range for the role. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
Base Salary Range
$125,800—$164,000 USD
