Manager Assurance Qualité (F/H/D)

Le poste est un maillon clé dans la gestion de la politique qualité pour nos sites en France et en Blgique. Un ensemble de compétences techniques diversifiées et une approche centrée sur les personnes sont nécessaires pour soutenir nos interlocuteurs.

Nous nous proposons le poste en CDI sur notre site de Briare - vous y rejoindrez un site Seveso Seuil Haut, pour traiter l'ensemble des thématiques de cette discipline. C'est un contexte dans lequel elle prend tout son sens ! Le site fait l'objet de nombreux investissements du groupe qui, 50 ans après sa création, a un avenir radieux !

Ce que nous recherchons

• Formation : Licence ou Master en Qualité

• Expérience : minimum 5 ans idéalement en industrie

• Langues : français et anglais sont requis

• Personnalité : autonomie, curiosité

Comment vous allez faire la différence

• Gère la partie certifications France et Belgique, notamment sur les demandes et requêtes clients.

• Manage les systèmes qualités pour la France et la Belgique : gérer les réclamations, les audits clients, les écarts suite audits, audits de certifications type ISO 9001.

• Echange avec les clients en direct, réclamations, demandes diverses qualité, business reviews qualité pour faire le point sur les attentes.

• Participe aux revues de directions, accompagne en interne pour toutes demandes qualités et gestion qualité. Le poste comprend tout un aspect relationnel autour des inspections documentaires, notamment pour la partie fraudes, DGCCRF, matières premières à usage pharmaceutique.

• Est en lien avec les équipes logistiques pour l'implémentation et maintenance du système qualité, maintenance documentaire, amélioration continue.
