Job Description:

  • Conducting undercarriage measurements and CSA’s.
  • Monitoring trends, analyzing data, and providing quality reports.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and product issues in collaboration with supplier partners.
  • Implementing Product Improvement Programs (PIP).
  • Coordinating warranty and policy guidelines, ensuring follow-up.
  • Preparing accurate equipment and service forecasts, including component pricing and estimates.
  • Maintaining detailed call reports and customer information.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of sales experience managing whole accounts.
  • Automotive or heavy equipment experience, or proven mechanical knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Strong presentation and organizational skills.
  • A team player with initiative and time management skills.
  • Solid background in parts and service, with business acumen.
  • Mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment systems.
  • Proficiency in Finning Systems (CTS, PTOS, DBS, Costwatcher, Warranty, SIS).
  • Adherence to safety procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • This position is based out of our Whitehorse office location.
  • Permanent, full-time role.
  • 5x2, Monday- Friday shift.
