Job Description:
- Conducting undercarriage measurements and CSA’s.
- Monitoring trends, analyzing data, and providing quality reports.
- Troubleshooting and resolving equipment and product issues in collaboration with supplier partners.
- Implementing Product Improvement Programs (PIP).
- Coordinating warranty and policy guidelines, ensuring follow-up.
- Preparing accurate equipment and service forecasts, including component pricing and estimates.
- Maintaining detailed call reports and customer information.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of sales experience managing whole accounts.
- Automotive or heavy equipment experience, or proven mechanical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong presentation and organizational skills.
- A team player with initiative and time management skills.
- Solid background in parts and service, with business acumen.
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment systems.
- Proficiency in Finning Systems (CTS, PTOS, DBS, Costwatcher, Warranty, SIS).
- Adherence to safety procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

- This position is based out of our Whitehorse office location.
- Permanent, full-time role.
- 5x2, Monday- Friday shift.
