Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The job entails managing and executing on both operational tasks and problem-solving, as situations arise
- Responsible to receive, log and process claims in OTM and external log
- Review claim documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Analytical ability to prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, actions and resolutions
- Monitor claims metrics and generate reports for management
- Maintain accurate records of all claims, investigations and resolutions
- Work in collaboration with leadership, product and business teams, and external partners
- Able to run performance reports, identify opportunities for improvements and root cause analysis
- Ability to communicate and present overall performance, follow detailed work instructions and cross train peers
- Works on assignments and special projects relating to Control Tower and Transportation activities as assigned
- Work with revenue team to manage quarterly revenue recognition audits both internal and external as needed
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Supply Chain or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Logistics supply chain or related field.
- Basic attributes include a self-starting individual with high motivation and work ethic
PREFERRED:
- Must be multi-task oriented and flexible to assist in a variety of tasks and relate easily with all levels of personnel and customers
- Collaborate effectively
SKILLS:
- Computer literate
- Apply advanced English skills to communicate effectively in written and verbal communication
