Are you passionate about Learning & Development? Do you have experience in designing and developing leading-edge, impactful and interactive learning programs? We are seeking an exceptional Learning & Development leader to help build the future of learning at Alphawave Semi.

The Learning & Development leader will own the design, implementation, and assessment of training programs aimed at improving employee and manager skills, performance, productivity, and knowledge. This role supports Alphawave's strategic goals by promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth through strategic learning initiatives, employee engagement, and effective communication.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with business leaders, various COE's, HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to conduct learning and development needs assessments, identify development gaps, objectives and priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to assess learning needs while leading the design, development and implementation of comprehensive training programs that are aligned to Alphawave's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Utilize a data driven approach to craft L&D strategies, policies and programs.
  • Evaluate the quality and effectiveness of development programs, offering recommendations and solutions for program enhancement.
  • Apply learning principles and design methodologies to ensure effective knowledge transfer, active participation and skill development- all while creating a positive learning environment and experience.
  • Leverage all available technology solutions to build best-in-class learning architecture for Alphawave.
  • Facilitate learning sessions, workshops and training programs as needed, ensuring content is engaging, relevant and aligned with employee and organizational needs.
  • Advocate and champion the L&D operating model across Alphawave to help drive business results, promote career growth and support change management.
  • Ensure a consistent global approach and alignment across L&D Programs
  • Responsible for L&D Vendor Management

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ Years of Experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Experience developing learning solutions in a variety of delivery methods
  • In-depth knowledge of the areas of L&D, Adult Learning principles, Learning Management systems, HR Systems (Workday experience preferred).
  • Experience within areas of performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, organizational design and leadership development.
  • Expertise in facilitating engaging and impactful learning sessions, with a strong ability to adapt content and delivery to diverse audiences and learning styles.
  • Ability to partner with key stakeholders on the delivery of L&D initiatives and strategies
  • Strong Project Management Experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
